1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to Retroloom (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated via retroloom.pro. By creating an account, accessing a retrospective board, inviting team members, or purchasing optional AI credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Core Retrospective Service
Retroloom provides an interactive, illustrated retrospective canvas with private sticky notes, dot voting, organic grouping, and action tracking. The core retrospective platform is completely free of charge and does not impose per-seat recurring fees.
3. Merchant of Record & Billing (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), who also handles order-related inquiries and returns. Paddle processes payment transactions, calculates and remits applicable sales tax/VAT, and acts as the legal merchant for all credit package transactions conducted through Retroloom.
Optional AI credits can be purchased as one-time credit packages. There are no recurring monthly subscription charges and no automatic card renewals. You only pay for credits when you choose to top up your workspace wallet.
4. User Content & Retrospective Privacy
You retain all ownership rights to notes, board content, team comments, and action items posted on Retroloom. During the private writing phase of any retrospective, notes remain masked/blurred from team peers until the designated facilitator explicitly reveals them. We do not sell your workspace content, retrospective findings, or employee feedback to third parties.
5. AI Features & Usage
When a facilitator generates an AI report draft, the revealed cards, vote totals, and action titles from that specific board are synthesized. Personal author names and email addresses are omitted from the AI snapshot payload. Credits are reserved when generation starts and are deducted only upon successful report creation.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Paddle's standard buyer terms. Unused paid credit packages are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase upon written request to our support team.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Retroloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
