We collect information essential to operate your collaborative workspace:
- Account Information: Name, work email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Workspace & Retrospective Data: Board titles, columns, sticky note contents, topic groups, votes, action owners, and export artifacts.
- Billing & Payment Information: When you purchase credits, transaction details are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers on Retroloom servers.
2. Anonymous Peer Feedback Guarantee
Retroloom is engineered from the ground up to prevent peer bias. While participants write notes during a retrospective stage, sticky notes remain encrypted and obscured. Authorship is never displayed to peers on revealed cards, fostering genuine, candid feedback.
3. Payment Processing via Paddle
All payment transactions are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment details, customer country, and billing address to comply with international tax laws (e.g. EU VAT, US Sales Tax). Paddle's privacy practices are governed by the Paddle Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide, synchronize, and update live retrospective boards in real-time.
- To allocate and manage workspace credit balances for optional AI summaries.
- To communicate service updates, receipts, and security notices.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Workspace owners can archive or permanently delete retrospective boards and workspaces at any time. Upon request to privacy@retroloom.pro, we will delete your account and associated team records within 30 days.
