How it works

One room. Then the work has a name.

  1. Write privately

Each person adds notes on an illustrated canvas. Other people cannot read them until the facilitator reveals the board.

    Step 1
  2. Cluster and vote

Discuss what is visible, group similar sticky notes into themed clusters, and spend a fixed number of votes.

    Step 2
  3. Name the owners

Actions belong to a person, not to the anonymous note. Copy the update for Slack in one click.

    Step 3

Why retroloom

As calm as a notebook. The follow-through has a name.

Private writing

Other people cannot read notes until the facilitator reveals the board. The author stays hidden after that.

Named owners

Actions belong to a person. Names are visible on the work, not on the feedback.

Votes, then grouping

Spend a fixed number of votes. Similar notes can sit together inside named topic clusters once the board is visible.

Slack-ready report

Copy for Slack, Markdown, or CSV. Sending to a channel is not available in this version.

Questions

Is the retrospective free?

Yes. Boards, all 22 templates, private writing, topic clustering, voting, named actions, and Slack, Markdown, or CSV export stay free. There is no per-person fee.

Who can see a feedback note?

Other people cannot read notes until the facilitator reveals the board. After that, the author is still hidden. Names are visible on actions. That is an in-product visibility promise, not a claim of perfect technical anonymity. The system keeps a private ownership record so you can edit your own notes.

Do I need a subscription for AI?

No. Optional report drafts use a shared workspace wallet. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. A 10-credit draft starts at the Starter pack ($9.00 for 100 credits).

Does checkout charge a card?

Checkout in this version is a labeled sandbox. It does not charge a card.

Leave the meeting with owners, not a pile of notes.

The retrospective is free. Start one when the team is in the room.
